Get your team in shape and ready for the season with our Team Nights, an exciting training night designed to push your athletes and strengthen your team. Ideal for hockey teams looking to start their season off with strong conditioning and skills.

How it Works:
Each team is divided into small groups of 2-3 players, ensuring personalized attention and focused training.

On-Ice Training: Each group spends 30 minutes on our synthetic ice, working on stickhandling, shooting, and small area skills. The sessions are designed to push players skills to the next level. Our synthetic ice allows players to work on specialized skills with a maximum of 1:3 ratio trainer to athletes.

Treadmill Training: After the on-ice session, the groups then have 30 minutes of treadmill training. With a trainer just a few steps away, players work on stride mechanics, acceleration, balance, and posture critical elements for any hockey player. The treadmill session offers immediate feedback, helping players refine their skating form and improve stride efficiency.

HOST YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY WITH US!
Looking for a fun, active way to celebrate a birthday? Our facility is the perfect place to throw an exciting birthday party for your little hockey fan! We offer customized birthday party packages that include on-ice fun, treadmill games, and custom catering from a local favourite, Morty’s Pub. With friendly competitive games each party is tailored to the age and skill level of the group. We offer a private area after the activities are done for kids to eat open presents and socialize. Maximum of 12 kids for a duration of 3 hours ($360). Please allow for a 30 day advance notice. Contact us for more details and to book your next birthday party with us!
