Weekly High-Performance Hockey Camp
Join us for an intensive and rewarding, full 5 day hockey development camp running from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Designed to improve player performance, this camp offers a comprehensive training experience that includes:

Treadmill Training: Focused on stride mechanics, posture, proper knee recovery, shooting in full stride, acceleration. Athletes will engage in a variety of specialized drills to enhance balance, technique, and overall skating efficiency.

Synthetic Ice Skill Development: The on-ice sessions take place on our state-of-the-art Can-Ice and Glice synthetic surfaces. Players will improve their shooting technique, stickhandling, and develop critical small-area skills through targeted drills.

Dry Land: Our daily dryland sessions will include a variety of outdoor physical activities and games designed to build and improve the athlete. Through a combination of cardio workouts, strength training, and agility drills, we focus on enhancing speed, endurance, coordination, and overall athleticism. These sessions are used and brought to the on- ice performance.
This camp is ideal for players looking to sharpen their skills, improve skating technique, and gain a competitive edge—all in a structured, supportive environment. Each camp will then enjoy a fun Friday pizza party after a long week of hard work.
